Common questions

  • The Canvas can accommodate up to 200 guests for a seated dinner or 300 for a standing reception, depending on your floor plan and setup preferences.

  • Yes, you're welcome to bring your own caterer. We also have a list of preferred vendors who know the space well and can ensure a seamless experience.

  • We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance for weekend events. Popular dates during peak seasons may require earlier reservations.

  • Yes, there is ample street parking and a nearby parking lot within a 2-minute walk. We can also coordinate valet service for premium events.

  • Cancellations made 30+ days in advance receive a full deposit refund. Rescheduling is free up to 14 days before your event date.

  • Security can be added to any package. It's included in the Elevated and Full Production packages, and available as an add-on for the Essentials package.
