Cancellation Policy

To ensure smooth scheduling and fair access to our space, all bookings are subject to the following policies: Payment & Card on File A valid credit or debit card is required to be kept on file for all rentals. This card may be charged for applicable fees, damages, or last-minute cancellations in accordance with the policies below. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made less than 7 days (1 week) prior to your scheduled booking will incur a $75 late cancellation fee. This fee helps cover staffing, administrative preparation, and lost booking opportunities. Rescheduling One (1) reschedule is permitted if requested at least 7 days in advance, subject to availability. Any reschedule request made less than 7 days prior to the booking may be treated as a cancellation and subject to the $75 fee. No-Shows Failure to arrive or use the space at the scheduled time without prior notice will be considered a no-show and will result in the full rental amount being forfeited. Policy Acknowledgment By booking a weekday rental at Kre8 Spaces, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
