Cancellation Policy

All tours at Kre8 Spaces must be scheduled in advance. Walk-ins are not guaranteed availability. Card on File Requirement A valid credit or debit card is required to be placed on file at the time of booking your tour. This card will not be charged for attending your tour. No-Show & Late Cancellation Fee If you fail to attend your scheduled tour without notice, or cancel less than 2 hours before your scheduled time, a $20 no-show fee will be automatically charged to the card on file. This policy helps us protect staff time and maintain availability for serious inquiries. How to Avoid the Fee You will not be charged if: • You attend your scheduled tour • You reschedule at least 2 hours before your tour • You cancel at least 2 hours before your tour Rescheduling is free when done within the allowed window. Arrival Grace Period Please arrive on time. Tours are held for 10 minutes past the scheduled start time. After that, the tour may be canceled and considered a no-show. Agreement By booking a tour with Kre8 Spaces, you acknowledge and agree to this policy, including the no-show fee authorization.
