Service Description

The Signature Package includes everything in the Essential Package, plus additional support to help your event run smoothly. Your event will include two professional security guards for guest safety and crowd management as well as an LED wall operator to manage visuals, presentations, or media during your event. This package is ideal for larger celebrations, performances, corporate events, and ticketed showcases. What’s included • 4 hours of venue access • Seating for up to 100 guests • Stage and professional AV system • 2 professional security guards • LED wall operator for visuals and presentations Guest Capacity Packages include seating for up to 100 guests. If your event exceeds 100 attendees, additional furniture rentals can be arranged for an added cost. Additional hours may be added for $300 per hour.


Cancellation Policy

Kre8 Spaces – Terms & Conditions Payment Methods Client agrees to make all payments to Kre8 Spaces via the provided payment link or another approved payment method determined by the Business. Refund Policy A non-refundable 25% deposit is required to secure an event date. The remaining balance is due at least 7 days before the event. No refunds will be issued within 10 days of the event start time. No refunds will be issued after the event date except in unforeseen circumstances mutually agreed upon in writing by both parties. Event Accommodations Clients must communicate all event needs in writing at least 96 hours prior to the event. Kre8 Spaces does not guarantee the availability of tables, chairs, or linens for all guests. Additional rentals may be required. No refunds will be issued for accommodations not requested in advance. Security Requirements Events deemed high-risk with over 50 guests require at least one (1) licensed security guard. Events deemed high-risk with over 100 guests require at least two (2) licensed security guards. Guest Limit Maximum occupancy of the venue is 200 guests at any given time. Termination of Contract Kre8 Spaces reserves the right to cancel or terminate any event if it is deemed unsafe or detrimental to the business. Authority to Sign Each party confirms they have the authority to enter into this agreement and fulfill all obligations stated herein. Parking Designated parking is available and shared with neighboring businesses. Additional parking arrangements are the responsibility of the client. Alcohol Policy Clients are fully responsible for the provision, service, and distribution of alcoholic beverages. Kre8 Spaces, its landlord, and affiliates are not liable for claims or penalties related to alcohol consumption. Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Kre8 Spaces, its owners, and employees. Smoke-Free Facility Smoking, vaping, tobacco use, and drugs are strictly prohibited inside the venue. Violations may result in immediate event termination without refund. Lost & Found Kre8 Spaces is not responsible for personal belongings left on the premises. Items found will be held for 7 days before disposal. Marketing & Promotions If Kre8 Spaces is co-promoting or sponsoring an event, all marketing materials must be approved at least 30 days in advance. Kre8 Spaces may photograph events and use images for promotional purposes. Setup, Cleanup & Equipment The venue will be clean upon arrival. Setup and clean
