  • Can I bring my own liquor?
    No. Due to liability concerns, this is strictly enforced.
  • How much are open bar packages?
    $10 per estimated guest count, plus a $150 stocking and bartender fee. Full payment is required two weeks before the event.
  • What is the average cost per drink?
    $10 - $12.
  • Do you provide security?
    Security is required for all public and ticketed events. Clients must request security, and the cost will be passed on to them.
  • Are there any prohibited activities?
    No nudity or illegal activities. Cannabis-related events will not be permitted.
  • Is smoking allowed?
    No, but we have a designated smoking area.
  • Do you allow ticketed events?
    Yes, but security is required.
  • Do you have a preferred vendors list?
    Yes, we have preferred vendors for DJ services, photography, videography, security, photo booths, and décor.
  • Do you offer on-site coordination?
    Yes, a staff member will be present throughout your event to ensure a smooth experience.
  • Do you have a recycling policy?
    Yes, we encourage sustainable event practices.
  • Can we decorate?
    Yes, but no tape, hooks, glitter, or open flames are allowed.
  • Can we decorate the day before our event?
    No, due to high event volume.
  • What time can vendors begin setup?
    At the start of your 6-hour rental window.
  • Can I move furniture and equipment around?
    Yes, but please ask for assistance.
  • Are there noise restrictions?
    Yes, noise must remain below 80 decibels.
  • What is the latest an event can go?
    Midnight (strictly enforced).
  • Is overtime allowed?
    No, all events must end by midnight.
  • What are we responsible for cleaning after the event?
    All décor and food must be disposed of in trash cans.
  • Can I pay with cash?
    No, all payments must be processed through our POS system.
  • Is my deposit refundable?
    No, all deposits are non-refundable.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    Deposits are non-refundable, but you are allowed to reschedule your date once at no additional cost.
  • What’s included in the rental price?
    Tables and chairs for up to 100 guests, a full stage, an inflatable photo booth, changing rooms, and a food service prep area. Additional seating available for up to 250 guests at an extra cost.
  • How big is the stage?
    The stage is mobile and consists of 4x4 squares, which can be configured up to 16x12.
  • Do you have a kitchen?
    We do not have a full kitchen, but we provide a prep area with a microwave and mini refrigerator.
  • Is parking available?
    Yes, onsite parking for approximately 20 cars, with additional street parking available.
  • Do you have an audio switchboard?
    Yes.
  • Do you have TVs available for use?
    Not at this time.
  • Do you have high-speed wired internet?
    Yes, but speeds may decrease if more than four devices are connected.
  • How many hours are included in the rental?
    6 hours, including setup and cleanup.
  • Does the rental time include setup and cleanup?
    Yes.
  • How much is required upfront?
    A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.
  • Is pricing different for weekday vs. weekend events?
    Yes.
  • Are there any hidden fees?
    No.
  • Can I negotiate or customize packages?
    No.
  • Is there a changing room?
    Yes, we have two changing rooms available for use and storage.
  • What is the maximum capacity of the venue?
    250 guests (200 seated, 150 crescent rounds).
  • Is the venue ADA accessible?
    Yes.
