Cancellation Policy

Any member who has not shown up to their appointed time within 30 minutes will be removed from the schedule and must rebook. Please send a courtesy text or call to 314.791.3834. Kre8 Spaces operates as a shared creative environment. Unlimited access plans are provided under a fair-use policy to ensure all members have reasonable and equitable access to studios, rooms, and resources. Fair use means studio access is intended for consistent professional use, not exclusive or monopolizing use. Members may not reserve excessive consecutive hours, block availability across multiple rooms, or book in a way that prevents reasonable access for other members. All bookings are subject to room availability, advance scheduling requirements, and daily usage limits. Kre8 Spaces reserves the right to adjust, limit, or reschedule bookings that exceed fair-use guidelines. Unlimited access does not guarantee exclusive access to any room or time slot. Members must schedule sessions in advance and adhere to booking windows, daily usage limits, and room availability. Same-day bookings are not permitted under any creator plan. Client sessions and commercial use are permitted under applicable creator plans. However, unlimited studio access does not include public events, private parties, ticketed events, or large gatherings. Activities exceeding standard studio use may require an event booking and are subject to separate pricing. Kre8 Spaces reserves the right to interpret and enforce fair-use standards at its discretion to protect the experience of all members. Repeated misuse or abuse of access privileges may result in booking restrictions, plan adjustments, or membership termination without refund.
