The Creative Youth Social Club

The Kre8 Place will be collaborating with the St. Louis Violence Prevention Commission (VPC) to provide creative workshops for youth between the ages of 15-18. 

Our main goal is to provide a space for all youth to continue to engage with their passions and foster an

environment for creative expression, networking, and collaboration. We also noticed the lack of

activities for our youth and see the growing passion for a connection to content creation, art, and social

media! Here at The KRe8 Place, we do not shy away from following dreams. We help foster dreams into

reality with education, mentorship, consistency, discipline, and resources.

This event was created to provide education, resources, collaboration, and community for our youth!

This event will be operated by mentors ranging from photographers, videographers, audio engineers,

radio personalities/podcasts, DJs, and business owners. These creative mentors will provide some skills,

tips, and information on exactly what it takes to become a creative. This will also include a workshop

and demonstration from the mentors.

- Information to be discussed will range from entrepreneurship all the way to creative skills

- Food, drinks, snacks, and resource materials will be available for each youth.

- Prize giveaways will be available during the event.

- There will be a timeframe reserved for networking, Q&A, mingling, and possible collaborations.

Parents are welcome to stay but not required. We will have a space reserved for parents and guardians

to relax and hang out.
